Goat Milk is a naturally gluten free food and is Kosher. Meyenberg Goat Milk Products are from goats, member of the Caprine sub-family, that have not been treated with rBGH’s. It’s an intriguing alternative to cow milk, adding a special flavor nuance to your favorite recipes, including fudge and homemade caramels. It’s also high in calcium and supplemented with Vitamins A & D and Folic Acid. To use it as whole goat milk, dilute it with equal parts water. It’s a rich creamer and can also be whipped.
